ShRS (ШРС) Power distribution cabinets

OOO ElectroTechOborudovanie factory is engaged in the production of ШРС, ШР power distribution cabinets. Power distribution cabinets (ShRS (ШРС), ShR (ШР)) are designed for the reception and distribution of electrical energy at industrial electrical installations. Cabinets are designed for nominal currents up to 630A and rated voltage up to 380V.

ShRS (ШРС), ShR (ШР) cabinet represents a welded metal structure with a degree of protection IP31 or IP54. Knife-switch (RB (РБ) or VR (ВР)) is installed inside ShRS (ШРС) cabinet at the input, from which the busbars depart. Fuses for outgoing circuit (PN-2 (ПН-2), NPN (НПН), PPN (ППН), PPNN (ППНН), etc.) are attached to the busbars. The bottom of the cabinet is open, there is an option to install a gland plate. N and PE busbars are installed from below.

At the request of the customer, it is also possible to install a metering unit in ShRS (ШРС) cabinet, which includes current transformers, an electric energy meter, and KI UZ (КИ УЗ) test box.

Standard ШРС cabinets are manufactured for 5 and 8 groups of outgoing fuses. Standard overall dimensions of ShRS (ШРС) cabinet: 1600 * 700 * 290 (for 8 outgoinggroups) and 1600 * 500 * 290 (for 5 outgoing groups). On request, we can also manufacture non-standard ShR (ШР) cabinets of other dimensions. The price of the cabinets depends on the number of outgoing lines, knife-switch type, the degree of protection. Specify the price with our managers. Input and output of wires and cables are provided at the bottom and top of the cabinet.

The largest number and conductor area of wires or cables connected to one input terminal: for cabinets of 250A nominal current - 2x95 sq.mm.; for cabinets of nominal current 400A - 2x150 sq.mm .; 630A - 2x240 sq.mm. Degree of protection IP21 or IP54. The cabinets are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 51321.1-2000 and TR 3430-003-56374020-2002.
