VRU (ВРУ) Input-switching devices
One of the priority directions for the "ElectroTechOborudovanie" enterprise is the manufacturing of VRU (ВРУ) input-switching devices.

VRU (ВРУ) Input-switching devices (VRU1 (ВРУ1), VRU-2 (ВРУ-2), VRU-3 (ВРУ-3) types) are designed for reception, distribution and metering electricity with a voltage of 380 / 220V three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50Hz, to protect lines in case of overloads and short circuits and to control power and lighting load. They represent a welded metal structure (panel) with open back and side walls (closed in rare instances). It includes sites for various installed equipment: knife switches (most often VR32 (ВР32), PTs-2 (ПЦ-2), PTs-4 (ПЦ-4) and others), current transformers, protectors, electricity meters, N and PE bus-bars. Protection degree is IP00, IP31, IP54.

Overall dimensions of the standard input-switching devices are the following: 1700 * 800 * 400 and 1800 * 800 * 270. The overall dimensions of the input-switching devices can be changed at customer's option.

Input-switching devices are installed in power control and non-power control rooms (on staircases, in basements, etc.). Housings of VRU (ВРУ) input-switching devices are connected to each other by a bolt-on junction, and electrical elements of various cabinets are connected by insulated conductor with moulded cable lugs.

Electricity metering devices are installed in the panels. For the lightning control of public networks, automatic and non-automatic lighting control units (BUO (БУО) and BAUO (БАУО)) are installed. Photo relay and time relay are installed as command devices.

ВРУ-1, ВРУ-2, ВРУ-3 devices are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 51321.1 2000 and GOST 51321.3-99 according to TR 3434-001-56374020-2002.

Depending on the electrical circuit, the devices are divided into input devices, distribution devices, input-distribution devices, panels with automatic transfer switch. Below are samples of products sorted by their types and shown on the photograph.

There is also an option of manufacturing dust-and-moisture-proof VRU (ВРУ) input-switching devices (degree of protection - IP54) with a rubber door packing and a gland plate for cable entry.

Производством устройств ВРУ занимаются множество заводов по всей стране. По этой причине классификация данного вида устройств неоднозначна, несмотря на абсолютную идентичность в самой конструкции. Многие предприятия пользуются старой номенклатурой изделий. Исходя из этого, мы решили представить далеко неполный список устройств ВРУ, которые мы произвели и отгрузили  за последние несколько лет работы (включая стандартные и нестандартные позиции).
